San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom just closed escrow on a Green Street condo.

Located in the Bellaire Tower atop Russian Hill, an Art Deco high rise from 1930 with stunning bay views, the two-bedroom, 1-bath apartment (1,693 square feet), was previously owned by Newsom buddy, Peter Getty. The Mayor paid $2,350,000, as reported by the San Francisco Business Times.
