The development of one of the most glamorous homes on Russian Hill would be a full-time job for a couple of people, but not so for Dorena Schramm-Petruzzelli. In the San Francisco Examiner today, her husband describes the creation of their 8,000 square foot home at 10 Hastings Terrace as Mrs. Petruzzelli’s “hobby.”

The roof features enormous 12-foot by 18-foot skylights that completely slide away.

Some hobby! The gorgeous six-bedroom home is now on the market for $11.75 million.
