Socketsite reports that 2901 Broadway has finally been placed on the MLS. While the listing agents were initially rather vague about pricing — hoping to snag an offer above $65 million — they have now put an asking price on it: $55 million. (Aren’t you glad you waited, and saved $15 mil. or so?)
