Richard Miller, of SparkleTack.com, has been writing some of the most useful and well-researched articles online about San Francisco history. SFluxe is a regular reader of the site, which reminds us that living well in San Francisco often involves knowing a bit of the City’s rich history.

Richard’s most recent piece is a review of the “Pacific Heights Walking Tour.” “It’s a little embarrassing,” he writes, “but I don’t know a Queen Anne from an Eastlake-Stick,” so he went on the tour and came away with a list of newly gained facts about the city and its architectural heritage. He recommends the tour, and says “The asking price is less than a movie ticket, and will leave you with quite a bit more to chew on!”
