“La Dolce Vita” will be held in April at Bimbo’s 365 Club, the social center for the Italian American Community in the Bay Are for over 70 years.

The Black Tie event will feature a ‘Mercato Italiano’ where guests will enjoy the flavors of Italy by meandering from antipasti to wine tastings during the Silent Auction. The banchetti in the Mercato will feature the best in Italian food and wine from purveyors in the Bay Area. The Mercato will be followed by a sit-down dinner in Bimbo’s renowned main ballroom which will feature the food and wine that has made Italy famous. We will have extraordinary lots arranged for the live auction hosted by Buckley and Reynolds, arguably the best auctioneers in the country. A world class soprano will sing Arias from Italian Opera, and the evening will conclude with dancing. Our payment systems will be fully automated through AuctionPay software to make the bidding experience flawless.

The guest list will include a large cross section of the Italian American community as well as businesses owners, entrepreneurs, individuals interested in childhood education, and representatives from the Italian Consulate. A targeted PR campaign will announce the event and highlight our Mission and Vision to the local media, such as the Chronicle, Surface, 7X7, and C-Magazine.
