Peter Thiel is so 2007. Ever since we read that he has a boyfriend and is spending more of his time in New York than San Francisco, we crossed him off our “eligible bachelors” list. Ladies, some men just never are. But here’s one who is… so catch him while you can.

Gurbaksh Chahal is young (he’ll be 26 on July 17), very rich (his net worth is well over $100 million), very sexy (the photo below was found on his website), very smart (he’s writing a book), interesting and ambitious (he’s developing a reality TV show.) And as he recently told a swooning reporter on Fox Business News, he’s single and “Uhhh…. I’m having fun!”

In other news… The San Francisco Business Times just reported that Chahal “bought a penthouse on the 37th floor of The Infinity, located on Spear Street in the city’s Rincon Hill neighborhood, for $6.9 million.”
