MSN has debuted the second full trailer for DreamWorks’ latest animated flick Monsters vs. Aliens. The 3-D production opens March 27, 2009 and features the voices of Reese Witherspoon, Hugh Laurie, Will Arnett, Seth Rogen, Rainn Wilson, Stephen Colbert, Kiefer Sutherland and Paul Rudd.

When a meteorite from outer space hits a young girl and turns her into a giant monster, she is taken to a secret government compound where she meets a ragtag group of monsters also rounded up over the years, which includes brilliant but insect-headed Dr. Cockroach, The Missing Link – a macho half-ape-half-fish, the gelatinous and indestructible B.O.B., and a 350-foot grub called Insectosaurus.
