Summer Arrives With A Splash!

10 July 2009

W San Francisco and Image Three, Inc. make a SPLASH for charity during San Francisco Pride

Splish, Splash, W San Francisco and Image Three Inc. sure know how to throw a bash! The Richmond Ermet AIDS Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for AIDS service organizations in the Bay Area, has announced that Summer Splash, their posh pool party coinciding with San Francisco’s Gay Pride week, raised several thousand dollars for their organization.

The event, held recently at W San Francisco’s 4th floor Pool Pavilion and Terrace, attracted both new and longtime supporters of the Foundation, who sported the season’s hottest swimwear and mingled poolside in the name of charity. The event’s proceeds will help alleviate the suffering of individuals living with HIV and AIDS.

“We’re continually amazed by the overwhelming generosity of our supporters and, of course, very grateful to Image Three Inc. and W San Francisco for producing and hosting our first annual Summer Splash pool party,” said Ken Henderson, Executive Director of the Richmond Ermet Aids Foundation. “In this ailing economy and decreased AIDS funding, this support is especially meaningful.”

Attendees enjoyed eco-friendly cocktails courtesy of VeeV and savories from W San Francisco, as they danced to the sounds of DJ David Carvalho and basked under the glowing summer sun in the company of LOOK Model Agency’s finest, donning Andrew Christian swimwear.
