You will not want to miss seeing “The September Issue” when it opens in San Francisco this week. The documentary film by RJ Cutler features VOGUE’s Anna Wintour and her team as they put together the biggest issue of Vogue Magazine’s history, the September 2007 issue.

There are appearances by Grace Coddington, Andre Leon Talley, Oscar de la Renta, Patrick Demarchelier, Karl Lagerfeld, Nicolas Ghesquière, Jean Paul Gaultier, Stefano Pilati, Phillip Lim and Isabel Toledo, among others.

You can see it in San Francisco starting Friday at the Kabuki.
