Go To The Ball With Armani
Giorgio Armani recently held a cocktail party at their Post Street store in honor of the 2012 Modern Ball Committee. On hand were Modern Ball Chair Dolly Chammas and several SFMOMA trustees and supporters.

Described as “the biggest art bash of the year,” the 2012 SFMOMA Modern Ball (which takes place April 25th, 2012) is going to be a major affair that will actually encompass three parties featuring dining, dancing, and of course one of the most important art collections in the world!

It’s also going to be a night for the most fabulous fashion. Instead of requesting guests to dress in black tie, the invitation declares “Dress Up!” — and stepping in to help with that is Giorgio Armani, who is sponsoring this year’s event.
Graziano de Boni, Giorgio Armani’s CEO, will be flying in for the Ball, with other guests of the house. They’ve been so supportive, they also recently held a cocktail party at their Post Street store in honor of the 2012 Modern Ball Committee. On hand were Modern Ball Chair Dolly Chammas and several SFMOMA trustees and supporters, such as Bob and Ann Fisher, Norman and Norah Stone, and others as you see below.

Armani is generously providing all of the gifts as well as an auction item that will be really hard to resist: two tickets to the Fall/Winter 2012 Armani Privé Couture Runway Show in Paris in July 2012, and a two-night stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, Georges V. The winner will also receive a personalized wardrobe consultation and a $5000 gift certificate to shop at the Giorgio Armani boutique in San Francisco prior to the show. We expect this item to be one of the biggest auction items of the Season!
