Dress for Success supporters recently gathered at Bloomingdale’s San Francisco to celebrate the upcoming “Success: You Wear it Well Annual Fashion Celebration” taking place July 26, 2012.

Dress for Success supporters recently gathered at Bloomingdale’s San Francisco to celebrate the upcoming 2012 Success: You Wear it Well Annual Fashion Celebration.
Gala Co-chairs Andrew Freeman, Maggie Hazelrig and Lisa Edwards thanked the 140 guests in attendance for making the 2012 Gala launch a success and for their ongoing support. They also emphasized the importance and impact that Dress for Success San Francisco programs have in the community, and the critical need to help local women change the world by achieving self-sufficiency in the workplace and in life.

Surrounded by contemporary fashions and suiting options, with Benefit Cosmetics present to give complimentary makeovers, guests enjoyed Chandon sparkling wine, Wente wines, bites by E&O Trading Company and tunes by DJ Dylan Mahoney.

In attendance were Dress for Success San Francisco’s Executive Director Renee Surcouf, Board President Leslie Lerude of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and board members Marc Crayton, Sharon Rossi, Tiffany Flaming and Stacey Ellis.

Dress for Success San Francisco sponsors, including American Airlines and Benefit Cosmetics were also present to enjoy the celebratory evening.

The gala will take place on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at San Francisco’s iconic Sir Francis Drake, a Kimpton Hotel. The event will consist of a cocktail party, seated dinner by Scala’s Bistro, fashion show by Banana Republic and silent and live auction starting at 5:30pm. The annual fundraising event benefits the employment programs and resources necessary to help suit and prepare disadvantaged women in the Bay Area to enter into the workforce.
Tickets for the Gala are available for $150 for an individual ticket, and $250 for a VIP ticket. Dress for Success San Francisco welcomes corporate sponsors for the event. Tables of 10 are available for $1,500. VIP tables of 10 are priced at $2,500.
